All of our products are designed and manufactured at our factory here on the Gold Coast (Australia). All our materials are sourced from Australia where possible. Some materials are not available in Australia, so they are imported.

We have various contractors across Australia, such as Australian Sports Equipment, that are experienced and dedicated to undertaking the installation of our equipment to make the process as seamless as possible for you. We can usually put you in touch with someone who can assist.

If you prefer to carry out the installations solely or using your own provider, our installation manuals can be found on our website underneath each product. Alternatively, we can provide these for you.

Our Waverail^TM Net Tie System is used on all our Basketball and Netball Rings for a seamless net attachment that avoids entanglement from protrusive hooks that are commonly used with other ring designs. Our Waverail^TM design doesn’t incorporate any sharp edges and has a reduced cord abrasion for longevity. You can find the installation instructions below, as well as a PDF you can download here.

We’ve been very lucky to be a part of major projects and events like the 2018 XXI Commonwealth Games, along with schools, clubs and residential orders, where customising a product was necessary to suit their needs. Yes they can. Just let us know if you’d like to collect them and we will have your order ready to be picked up at our factory in Burleigh Heads.

Custom order will generally have a longer lead time, where stock items are despatched within a couple of days (Eg: Tennis & Basketball). We personally manufacture each product as they are made to order, where some materials for common products are kept in stock for a quicker turn around. Each order will have its own lead time depending on the product and if any customised options are requested for your order. Upon ordering, we will provide you with a lead time and where applicable, will have your order ready if this is requested for an event/specific timeframe if requested.

We take great care in packing our products and large items to avoid damage and be able to withstand long distance transit, so your order arrives to you in pristine condition. However, if a product/item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately on (+61) 07 5593 4494 and we will organise a replacement for you.

Each order will have its own delivery cost as it’s dependent on various factors such as the delivery location, size of the order, transport method, and if a forklift or crane truck is required at the destination to assist in offloading the product. We will provide you with a delivery estimate prior to ordering and will assist you with any additional resources/information that would be beneficial.
